公司位于潍坊滨海经济开发区，科技项目区东扩区（海港街以北，大九路以东）。项目投资12.3亿，占地约500亩，主要以废瓶片为原料，生产涤纶短丝和长丝，该项目属再生资源利用项目，也是国家鼓励发展的环保、节能项目，共设计年生产能力为短丝10万吨，有色丝5万吨，长丝10万吨，公司建成后可实现销售收入30亿元，实现利税4.5亿元。计划于2014年下半年投入试生产。公司建成后将成为华北地区生产涤纶纤维的主要制造商。（备注：本公司属于化纤行业并非化工行业，对人体及环境不会造成危害！）
