"核心职责
1. 系统重构规划
- 主导ERP系统前后端分离重构，设计基于主单体系（Master Ticket）的微服务架构
- 制定领域驱动设计(DDD)实施方案，完成各种核心主单的Schema定义
- 建立任务引擎(Task Engine)实现业务流程与数据操作解耦
2. 技术团队管理
- 组建全栈研发团队，包括前端框架组、后端微服务组、数据治理组
- 实施代码质量管理体系（SonarQube+Git Flow+自动化测试）
- 主导技术选型决策，平衡新技术引入与系统稳定性
3. 关键技术攻坚
- 设计字段级权限控制系统（RBAC+ABAC混合模型）
- 实现主单数据的版本化管理（Event Sourcing+Snapshot方案）
- 构建动态表单渲染引擎，达成UI与业务逻辑的彻底分离
4. 跨部门协同
- 与业务部门共同定义主单字段标准及任务流规范
- 推动旧系统数据迁移（ETL流程设计+数据清洗策略）
- 制定灰度发布方案，确保系统切换期业务连续性

任职要求
硬性条件：
- 8年以上中大型系统架构经验，3年以上跨境电商业态系统设计经验
- 精通以下技术栈组合（满足任意两组）：
后端：Java(Spring Cloud)/Node.js(NestJS)+PostgreSQL/MongoDB+RabbitMQ
前端：React+TypeScript+Vite+微前端架构
运维：K8S+Docker+Prometheus+ELK
- 具备复杂数据架构设计经验，至少主导过1个主数据管理系统或工作流引擎项目
- 熟悉领域驱动设计，有成功实施CQRS/Event Sourcing架构案例
