Jiangsu Leer Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Leer Co., Ltd." or the "Company"), with its headquarters in Shanghai, is a joint research and development partner of the Solid Waste Management Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment for fly ash stabilization technology, and a joint research and development partner of the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences for fly ash resource utilization technology. It is a comprehensive high-tech environmental protection enterprise integrating the production and sales of fly ash chelating agents, comprehensive operation services for fly ash treatment, and the production and sales of environmental monitoring and treatment equipment. The company has established two major production bases and several production plants in Jiangsu and Anhui provinces. Over the years, the Company has been committed to providing high-quality technological environmental solutions, serving dozens of industries and providing environmental solutions to over a thousand customers. Since 2014, Leer Co., Ltd. has been conducting in-depth research and experiments on fly ash chelating agents, and in 2017, it innovatively launched comprehensive operation services for fly ash treatment. Through extensive project practice, the Company has accumulated rich technical and operational experience, gaining a high market share and high-quality customer resources. Major customers include China Everbright Group Co., Ltd., Zheneng Jinjiang Environment Holding Co., Ltd. (BWM.SG), Shenzhen Energy Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., CECEP Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Wangneng Environment Co., Ltd. (002034.SZ), Shengyuan Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (300867.SZ), Chongqing Sanfeng Environment Group Co., Ltd. (601827.SH), Yingfeng Environment Technology Group Co., Ltd. (000967.SZ), and other large energy groups, listed companies, and state-owned enterprises. In November 2020, the Company signed a joint research and development agreement with the Solid Waste Management Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment on fly ash stabilization technology; in April 2023, the Company signed a technical service contract with the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences to conduct research and development on fly ash resource utilization, further enhancing the Company's R&D capabilities and technical advantages. Over years of development, Leer Co., Ltd. has consistently and firmly invested in R&D and technological innovation, and to date, Leer Co., Ltd. has obtained over a hundred invention and technology patents. The Company has been recognized as a specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise, a national intellectual property advantage enterprise, and a Jiangsu Province private technology enterprise; the Company's "municipal solid waste incineration fly ash chelating agent stabilization treatment technology" has been included in the first batch of the technology list of the National Ecological Environment Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Comprehensive Service Platform, and the product "fly ash chelating agent for waste-to-energy plants" has been recognized as a 2021 Jiangsu Province specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative product.
