Among these, the company's patented electroplating wastewater "zero liquid discharge" technology, adopting the technical route of "wastewater segregation, classified treatment, wastewater reuse, and resource recovery," can treat electroplating heavy metal wastewater and reuse it entirely in production, increasing the wastewater reuse rate to 99.67%, while significantly reducing treatment costs, reducing solid waste generation, and recovering metal ions from wastewater, thus fully achieving zero liquid discharge. To date, the company has completed projects including the Dongguan Meijing electroplating wastewater zero liquid discharge project (1,000 tons/day), the Jieyang Sino-German Ecological Metal City wastewater zero liquid discharge project (5,000 tons/day), the Hengjie Sanitary Ware electroplating wastewater zero liquid discharge project (800 tons/day), the Hebei Zhongci electroplating wastewater zero liquid discharge project (240 tons/day), the Panzhihua Dahutong titanium dioxide production wastewater zero liquid discharge project (1,000 tons/day), the Pangang comprehensive utilization project of waste brine and waste hydrochloric acid (180 tons/day), and the Shandong Dongjia comprehensive treatment and recycling project of acidic wastewater (8,100 tons/day). Among them, the Dongguan Meijing 1,000 tons/day electroplating wastewater zero liquid discharge project, as a pioneering application case, passed the acceptance inspection of the provincial Department of Environmental Protection in January 2016, won the 2015 Bank of China (Hong Kong) Corporate Environmental Protection Leading Award, and was rated as the "2015 Guangdong Province Excellent Demonstration Project for Environmental Protection" in October 2016. In December 2017, it was further rated as a "2017 Key Environmental Protection Practical Technology Demonstration Project." The "electroplating wastewater zero liquid discharge technology" subsequently won the 2017 Ministry of Environmental Protection International Intelligent Platform Top 100 Environmental Protection Technology Award, the 2018 China Surface Electroplating Association Science and Technology Award, and recognition as 2018 Key Environmental Protection Practical Technology.
