Beijing Jingzhong Intelligent Transportation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingzhong Co., Ltd."), established in August 2010, is a high-tech company specializing in transportation data services. It is a member unit of the China Urban Planning Society, a national high-tech enterprise, a double-soft certified enterprise, an ISO9001 certified enterprise, and a CMMI3 certified enterprise, as well as a leading institution in transportation big data collection, analysis, and application.

Focusing on business development in the transportation field, the company takes transportation surveys as a precise entry point, starting from the four elements of transportation: "people, vehicles, roads, and environment." It continuously breaks through and innovates in industry professionalism and standardization, consolidating the underlying data foundation for road traffic planning and design. Main business includes: comprehensive transportation surveys, transportation modeling and information construction, 3D transportation software products, 3D map data production, and university laboratory construction. According to 2017 statistics, Jingzhong Transportation holds over 40% market share in transportation surveys, serving more than 200 major cities nationwide. Its transportation modeling and information construction services cover major cities such as Shanghai, Xi'an, Changchun, Harbin, Zhengzhou, Kunming, and Nanchang. Its 3D transportation products and data production have pioneered the specialized 3D transportation market.

Rooted in the transportation industry and giving back to education, Jingzhong Co., Ltd. invested in a university business division in 2015, providing overall solutions for teaching laboratories in transportation disciplines at universities, including virtual teaching experiment platforms, comprehensive transportation survey experiment systems, big data teaching experiment systems, intelligent transportation experiment systems, and laboratory hardware and software system integration. It has jointly established "Student Practice Bases" with Tongji University, co-built transportation virtual experiment teaching centers with South China University of Technology and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and established good service relationships with universities such as Southeast University, Sun Yat-sen University, Beijing Jiaotong University, Southwest Jiaotong University, and Chang'an University.
