扬州市永昇机械制造厂创办于2012年7月，地处江苏扬州市江都区仙女镇砖桥村向阳桥北首。主要业务涵盖各种机械零部件的生产及服务。 工厂占地10000多平米，现有生产设备50多台，其中5台加工中心，1台龙门铣，1台水刀，数控车18台，下料机2台，钻铣床8台，攻丝机5台等。现主要为多家外贸公司提供产品和服务。
