Houch精工株式会社 is headquartered in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. In China, Beijing (Beijing Houch泰克 Auto Parts Co., Ltd.) in 2003, Suzhou (Houch精工 Auto Parts (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.) in 2004, and Ningbo (Houch精工 (Ningbo) Auto Parts Co., Ltd.) in 2011 were successively built and put into production. Chongqing Houch泰克 Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was founded on February 4, 2016, with a registered capital of 5 million USD. Its registered address is No. 19 Yinglong Road, Longxing Town, Yubei District, Chongqing. It mainly produces auto parts, and its main products include shock absorber housings, vacuum boosters, and steering column & bracket assemblies. It is an important parts supplier for Beijing Hyundai Chongqing No. 5 Plant, Changan Automobile, etc.
The new factory construction project of Chongqing Houch泰克 Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is implemented in two phases. This project is Phase I, with a total investment of 63 million RMB, a total land area of 24,712.4 m2 (approximately 37 mu), and a total Phase I building area of 26,909.55 m2. The main works of this project consist of one combined workshop; public and auxiliary works include water supply and drainage systems, pure water preparation system, circulating cooling water system, power distribution room, air compressor room, CO2 and argon gas cylinder storage room, heating system, etc.; environmental protection works include wastewater treatment system, waste gas treatment system, general industrial solid waste temporary storage site, and hazardous waste temporary storage site, etc.; storage and transportation works include raw material and finished product warehouses and an electrophoresis line chemical warehouse; office and living facilities include office rooms, canteen, and guard room, etc. After this project is put into production, it can form an annual production capacity of 8 million shock absorber housings (including 4 million front shock absorber housings and 4 million rear shock absorber housings), 2 million vacuum boosters, and 2 million steering column & bracket assemblies.
