3. 熟悉MySQL数据库原理及优化方法，掌握主流中间件（如Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka、Nacos/Eureka等）的使用与基本原理；
4. 熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等微服务框架，具备分布式系统开发实践经验；
5. 了解Docker容器化技术及Kubernetes基础概念，具备云原生技术应用意识；
6. 具备扎实的逻辑思维能力、问题分析与解决能力，责任心强，具备良好的跨职能协作意识与文档编写能力；
7. 熟悉掌握AI基础技术FunctionCall、MCP、Skills、Agent的基础概念与应用，对AI 编程有强烈的自驱力，敢于尝试AI 编程各种辅助工具
