9.优化采购流程与制度，提升采购效率与风险控制能力。

1.本科以上学历，经济、贸易、化学相关专业；
2.5年以上采购管理工作经验，化工行业背景优先考虑；
3.熟悉常用供应链系统与工具，具备供应链体系搭建或优化经验；
4.具备丰富的采购合同管理经验，具有一定的法律知识，擅于风险识别与管控；
5.具备出色的内外部沟通协调能力、谈判技巧与大局观，能系统化推进工作；
6.具备较强的计划组织与解决问题能力，能适应快节奏工作压力，持续学习；
7.具备良好的商业意识与战略思维，能结合业务发展提出采购层面的战略性建议；
8.正直敬业，具备高职业道德标准，团队合作意识强。
