岗位职责：
1、负责薪酬管理工作，精准核算员工薪酬、奖金及各类补贴，确保薪酬按时足额发放；
2、负责员工考勤日常管理，核对考勤数据、处理考勤异常，规范考勤流程并做好记录归档；
3、负责培训记录管理，整理培训资料、归档培训签到表及考核成绩，完善培训档案体系。
4、负责员工入离职全流程办理，包括入职登记、离职手续办结，员工社保、公积金的参保、停保、补缴及基数调整等相关事宜，确保流程规范有序。
5、负责员工劳动管理关系维护，协助处理劳动相关事宜，协调处理人力资源相关合同及各类文件的整理、审核、归档与保管搭建和谐稳定的用工关系。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、法学等相关专业优先。
2、1-3年及以上人力资源SSC相关工作经验，熟悉薪酬、社保公积金、合同管理等相关流程者优先。
3、持有人力资源管理师（三级及以上）证书、熟悉劳动相关法律法规者优先。
4、22-35岁，身体健康，工作认真细致，具备良好的执行力。
5、具备良好的数据处理能力，能熟练使用Excel等办公软件，擅长数据录入、统计与核对
