国电湖州南浔天然气热电有限公司成立于2012年7月，是国电电力发展股份有限公司全资子公司，公司位于浙江省湖州市南浔经济开发区，距江南古镇南浔镇仅3公里，距湖州市35公里，风景秀丽，交通方便。
国电浙江南浔天然气热电联产工程是国电电力*天然气热电项目，一期工程建设2台6F级100MW燃气－蒸汽联合循环热电联产机组，总投资约14亿元。工程已于2015年9月开工建设，2017年机组全部投产。
