Vaillant, German Vaillant, headquartered in Remscheid, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, is a leader in the global heating market and heating equipment, and the largest manufacturer of residential gas wall-hung boilers.

In 1995, German Vaillant officially entered the Chinese market, establishing Vaillant (Beijing) Heating Equipment Co., Ltd. to handle marketing, services, procurement, and other operations in China.
In 2007, the factory that the Vaillant Group invested heavily in Wuxi, China, was officially launched, and more and more heating products and technologies that have been successfully launched in Europe and meet Europe's high environmental protection, energy saving, and efficiency requirements were introduced into the Chinese market.
In 2015, the Vaillant Group relocated its functional headquarters and core business divisions in China to Shanghai, establishing a regional headquarters in Huangpu District, "Vaillant (China) Heating, Cooling and Environmental Technology Co., Ltd." As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vaillant in China, this company undertakes business development tasks in the Asia-Pacific center.
