Nanchang Canae New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanchang Canae") is a production-oriented enterprise engaged in the production and sales of power lithium-ion batteries for new energy vehicles. Nanchang Canae is wholly invested and constructed by Shanghai Canae New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Canae"), with a total investment of RMB 550 million. In the future, it will be built in batches with 4-5 world-class power lithium-ion battery production lines to serve the new energy vehicle industry in Jiangxi and surrounding areas. The shareholder Shanghai Canae is a Sino-foreign joint venture, whose controlling party is China Automotive Technology and Research Center (CATARC), and whose technology source is Japan's ENAX Corporation. It specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of power lithium-ion batteries. The company's technical route is ternary lithium-ion soft-packaging, providing products such as ternary soft-pack lithium-ion batteries, battery modules, battery packs, battery pack systems, and battery assembly technologies.
