天津市七里海和谐荣达都市渔业示范园区坐落于天津市宁河区北淮淀乡，注册资金1亿5千万元人民币，地处天津规划发展的重要地带—泛七里海地区。园区2014年4月开工建设，占地面积208亩，总建筑面积9.8万平方米，预计总投资达2.46亿元，主要从事观赏鱼研发、繁育、养殖、交易、示范推广和科普教育培训。将打造成为中国北方*大的观赏鱼孵化基地、专业的观赏鱼产业化发展基地和国际级的都市渔业科技交流中心。
