岗位职责
1.全面负责工厂环境、健康与安全（EHS）管理体系的建设、实施与持续改进，确保符合国家、地方及行业相关法律法规要求。
2.组织制定和完善EHS管理制度、操作规程、应急预案，并监督执行，定期开展EHS风险评估与隐患排查。
3.统筹EHS培训计划，组织对全体员工（包括新员工、承包商等）进行安全、环保与职业健康培训，提升全员EHS意识。
4.负责工厂环保设施运行管理、污染物排放监控、危废处置等环保工作，确保合规排放。
5.负责工厂消防设施运行管理，日常维护维保检修。
6.主导职业健康管理，组织职业病危害因素检测、职业健康体检，落实劳动防护用品的配备与使用监督。
7.负责EHS事故事件的调查、分析与整改，跟踪纠正预防措施落实情况。
8.对接政府监管部门，完成EHS相关许可、申报、监测、检查等工作，维护良好的外部关系。
9.推进EHS文化建设，组织开展安全月、应急演练等活动，营造全员参与EHS管理的氛围。

任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程、化工、制药等相关专业背景。持有注册安全工程师证书或安全管理人员资格证。
2.具备3年以上制药、化工或相关制造业EHS管理工作经验，有原料药或精细化工行业经验者优先。
3.熟悉中国EHS法律法规、标准规范，具备独立开展EHS体系建设、合规管理的能力。
4.具备较强的组织协调、沟通表达和应急处理能力，能够独立主导EHS相关项目和工作。
5.责任心强，原则性强，具备良好的团队协作精神和抗压能力。
6.能适应制造业工作环境，接受必要的现场巡查和应急值班安排。
7.熟练掌握废水厌氧、好氧生物法、物化处理法工艺，熟练掌握高浓度有机废气治理工艺技术。
8.熟练掌握消防弱电控制原理，能判断消防弱电故障原因。
9.熟练掌握危险化学品生产企业防火防爆技能措施，熟练掌握原料药生产企业安全风险、环境风险。
