Chengdu Baiyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Baiyu" or "the Company") was registered and established in 2005. It is a technology-based pharmaceutical enterprise specializing in drug research and development, production, and sales. The company currently has over 1,000 employees and wholly owns Chengdu Jinbaiyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Chengdu Baiyu Jinge Lai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Tibet Shangshan Ginkgo Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., Sichuan Yujian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Chengdu Chuanyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jinyuda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Baiguo Yukang Information Service Co., Ltd. Baiyu has always attached great importance to R&D investment, with a cumulative R&D investment of nearly 200 million yuan in the past three years. It currently has a high-quality R&D and innovation team of nearly 200 people with the capability for new product development and industrial transformation. The company holds 24 drug production approvals and 22 drug clinical approvals, with over 50 products under research, including multiple Class 1 chemical drugs and Class 5 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) new drugs. It has obtained over 50 authorized domestic invention patents and nearly 10 overseas invention patents. The current R&D site covers over 3,000 square meters, equipped with various R&D equipment valued at over 60 million yuan, capable of meeting scale-up research from pilot to medium-scale for new product development. In the future, a comprehensive research institute with 500 personnel will be established. The company's R&D center is a provincial-level enterprise technology center in Sichuan, and also the Chengdu Ginkgo Pharmaceutical Preparation Engineering Technology Research Center. It has received honors such as the Top Ten in TCM R&D Strength in China and the Top 100 in Comprehensive Drug R&D Strength in China. It has established close cooperative relationships with Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry, Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Huazhong University, Nanjing Medical University, West China School of Medicine, and many other higher education and research institutions. Baiyu has a rich product pipeline reserve and strong momentum for future development. Multiple production lines have passed national GMP certification. Main products include Ginkgolide Injection, Enoxaparin Sodium Injection, Lansoprazole, and other new and special drugs. Among them, Ginkgolide Injection is the first TCM new drug injection approved since the implementation of the 2007 new drug registration management measures (National Drug Approval Number Z20110035), with an active ingredient content of over 99%, demonstrating its uniqueness. This product officially entered the National Medical Insurance Catalog in June 2017 and has been successively selected for the National "12th Five-Year Plan" Major New Drug Innovation, National "Three Major" Projects, and the National Five Ministries' "National Key New Products."
