职责描述：
1.iPSC无菌培养与维护（核心职责）：严格按照无菌操作规范，负责iPSC的日常培养、传代、冻存、复苏及扩增，密切监控细胞形态、克隆状态及生长特性，确保细胞状态稳定且无污染；参与iPSC质量检控（如核型鉴定、支原体检测等）。
2.诱导分化实验：参与iPSC向目标细胞类型的定向诱导分化实验，协助完成分化方案的执行与优化（具有造血干/祖细胞、胰岛细胞或其他免疫细胞分化经验者优先）。
3.细胞鉴定与功能检测：运用流式细胞术进行细胞表面标志物、多能性标记物（如OCT4、SSEA-4等）及分化标志物的检测与分析；运用qPCR进行多能性基因及分化相关基因的表达水平定量分析；熟练使用ELISA进行细胞因子分泌检测。
4.实验记录与数据分析：及时、规范地撰写实验原始记录，使用FlowJo、GraphPad Prism等软件对检测数据进行初步处理和分析，定期向上级汇报实验进展及异常情况。
5.实验室日常维护：负责细胞房日常清洁消毒、液氮罐及培养箱等设备维护、试剂耗材库存管理及申购工作。
任职要求：
1.学历专业：细胞生物学、发育生物学、免疫学、生物工程、医学等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
2.熟练掌握无菌操作技术，具有长期稳定的细胞培养经验；
3.具备iPSC或ESC培养经验，熟悉iPSC传代、冻存、复苏全流程，了解干细胞维持培养的要点（如基质胶包被、ROCK抑制剂使用等）；
4.能操作流式细胞仪进行多色检测，具备基础数据分析能力；
5.能独立完成QPCR全流程（RNA提取→反转录→上机检测），了解溶解曲线和扩增曲线的质控标准。
6.加分项（满足其一即可）：
具有iPSC定向诱导分化经验（如造血、神经、心肌等方向）；
具有免疫细胞培养经验；
7.综合素质：工作细致严谨，责任心强，对无菌环境有高度敏感性；具备良好的实验记录习惯和团队协作精神；能独立阅读英文操作说明及文献。
