项目先期总投资14亿元，码头项目于2017年3月投产，库区一期于2017年7月投产运营，库区二期于2017年12月投产运营，库区三期于2019年7月建设完成，建设规模为16.4×104m?。现已建成2座3万吨级(结构兼顾5万吨级)高桩梁板结构码头，岸线长度475米，设计吞吐能力每年324万吨。码头后方配套建设49.7万立方米液化品储罐及配套设施，占地面积27.9万平米。
未来为适应深水航道的通航及周边企业的需要，将在潍坊森达美西作业区规划建设两个5万吨级液体散货泊位以及液体化学品、液化烃、油品罐等存储设施。
