南京医药（淮安）天颐有限公司原为淮阴医药站、淮阴药材站，始建于1954年，2001年5月合并改制为江苏天颐医药有限公司。同年12月，由南京医药股份有限公司投资重组。2003年6月首次通过国家GSP认证。公司现有员工399人，其中35岁以下占65.8%，主任药师、副主任药师、药师、助理药师、执业、从业等药师及卫生、经济管理、微机、会计等各类专业技术职称人员占89.5%；GSP达标仓库10000㎡，办公经营场所8000㎡，各种大小运输汽车近50辆，主要经营化学原料药、化学药制剂、抗生素、生化药品、生物制品、诊断药品、麻醉药品、精神药品、医疗用毒性药品、医疗器械、化学试剂、玻璃仪器、中药材、中成药、中药饮片等18000多个规格、品种的批发和零售业务。
