6.Java基础扎实，良好的代码风格，理解Java多线程和常用的设计模式；
7.熟练使用SVN、Git代码管理工具，熟悉Linux常用命令；
8.思维逻辑明确，能快速的熟知项目的需求方向,具有扎实的编程功底和良好的编程习惯；
9.有较强的学习能力，能快速独立解决一些没有遇到过的问题。
