Chongqing Ruiante TBM Technology Joint-stock Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Ruiante TBM, stock code: 834847), was established in December 2010. It is a high-tech enterprise in Southwest China engaged in TBM technology services, TBM leasing services, TBM tunneling services, and TBM ancillary parts supply.
In 2010, the company secured a joint manufacturing order for nine shield tunneling machines in the Chongqing rail transit project; it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Railway Engineering Equipment Group Co., Ltd., becoming its joint production plant and TBM technology service partner in Southwest China.
In 2011, the company established the "Chongqing Ruiante TBM Technology Research Institute" and built the "Chongqing Shield Tunneling Machine Maintenance and Repair Engineering Technology Research Center," a specialized domestic platform for shield tunneling machine maintenance and repair engineering technology.
In 2012, it completed the upgrade and renovation of two Robbins TBM boring machines and two Lovatt shield tunneling machines.
In 2013, it jointly manufactured and held two earth pressure balance composite shield tunneling machines ("Ruiante" and "Da'an") with China Railway Engineering Equipment Group for subway tunnel construction.
In 2014, it jointly manufactured and held one earth pressure balance composite shield tunneling machine ("Phoenix") with China Railway Engineering Equipment Group for subway tunnel construction.
In 2015, the company was successfully listed on the "New Third Board."
In 2016, the company established a Shenzhen subsidiary and jointly set up Chongqing Underground Space Industry Co., Ltd. with Chongqing Light & Textile Holding (Group), China Railway Engineering Equipment Group, and MCC CISDI Group.
In 2017, the company expanded nationwide and prepared to establish joint ventures in Hangzhou and Chengdu.
