岗位描述
1、深度参与专家运营体系的搭建与优化，负责专家运营流程中数据流转、功能对接的技术支持，梳理运营流程并通过技术手段提升效率，保障专家资源高效利用与运营流程顺畅
2、深度参与自动评估体系和指标搭建，从需求分析到落地执行，运用 Python 实现评估模型与后端平台的交互，保障评估流程自动化、智能化运行，推动业务目标达成。
3、针对专家运营数据、自动评估结果，运用 Python 进行数据清洗、分析，挖掘业务优化点，推动流程迭代升级，提升专家运营效率与自动评估准确性
4、收集用户反馈与业务需求，协同协同产品、研发等多团队进行功能迭代与问题排查；撰写相关技术文档与运营手册
岗位要求
1、学信网一本本科及以上学历，计算机/软件技术专业，测试/技术研发类岗位经验优先，精通python和sql；
2、了解后端开发逻辑，能独立完成接口调试与脚本编写，了解平台交互逻辑，能清晰梳理业务流程并转化为技术需求；有人工智能领域相关工作和交付经验者优先
3、工作认真负责，逻辑清晰，具备运营思维，有过运营经验者优先；
4、积极主动，对AI有热情，学习能力强，乐于接受新理念，能够适应较快工作节奏，有很好的自我驱动性

工作时间：早10晚7 周末双休
