本公司成立于1999年11月，是日本速水发条株式会社在中国设立的独资企业，主要生产和销售各类家用收线用发条及各式定力弹簧、涡旋弹簧、汽车安全带弹簧。
在2003年年初搬迁新厂房，二期工程已在08年12月投入使用。目前已占地总面积3.7万㎡，年产值超人民币壹亿元。主要客户有：天合、高田、奥托立夫、加藤、艾美特、杭州松下，星天具等，现有职工160人。
