【工作内容】
1、执行现场安全检查，及时发现并识别各类安全隐患，提出整改建议，并跟踪整改落实情况，确保作业环境符合安全标准；
2、检查车间设备及消防器材点检情况，发现问题立即通知相关责任部门并跟进处理进度，保障设备和消防设施处于良好运行状态；
3、监督外来承包商的现场作业活动，确保其操作符合公司HSE政策及环境安全要求，防范潜在风险；
4、定期检查粉尘作业场所的清扫状况，提醒相关部门及时清理，防止粉尘积聚引发安全事故；
5、每日巡查员工劳保用品及防护用具的佩戴情况，对不符合规范的行为进行纠正并记录，提升员工安全意识；
6、检查现场职业健康防护设施的运行情况，发现问题及时通报并督促相关部门整改，保障员工职业健康权益；
7、负责三级安全培训、特种作业人员管理、应急演练工作；
8、依据集团要求及当地法律法规，修订公司安全管理文件。
9、配合完成上级交办的其他与环境安全、现场作业相关的任务，确保各项工作依法依规开展。

【任职要求】
- 本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程等相关专业优先；
- 具备2年及以上EHS或相关领域工作经验，熟悉HSE管理体系及现场安全管理流程；优秀的应届生亦可；
- 英语良好，能够阅读和撰写英文技术文档，熟练的口语交流能力；
- 熟悉现场作业流程，具备较强的安全意识和问题识别能力；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和责任心，能独立完成各项安全检查与管理工作。
