[Summary] Helicopter medical rescue
Shanghai Zhengyang Investment Group, with a 20-year history, is an enterprise group centered on real estate and general aviation.
Among its subsidiaries, Shanghai Jinhui General Aviation Co., Ltd. (Jinhui General Aviation), established in 2006, is a Class A general aviation company approved by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and has successively obtained multiple qualification certifications from CAAC. In April 2017, the company was officially listed on the NEEQ, with securities code 871099. With excellent operations and safety records over the years, it has become an outstanding representative of Chinese general aviation enterprises. In recent years, the company's core business has focused on nationwide helicopter medical rescue. In 2015, Jinhui General Aviation launched the Air 120 project (referred to as "Jinhui Rescue"), using professionally configured medical helicopters as transport carriers, and through comprehensive cooperation with pre-hospital emergency care units and hospitals nationwide, built a nationwide, three-dimensional helicopter air medical rescue network, providing the public with "timely response and normalized" pre-hospital rescue and medical transport services.
In 2008, when the Wenchuan earthquake shocked the world, Jinhui General Aviation formed a rescue team with enthusiasm, and a seed of responsibility was planted. In 2015, the seed blossomed and bore fruit: Jinhui General Aviation officially established helicopter medical rescue as its core business, while striving towards the goal of becoming a "national expert in helicopter medical rescue." According to the plan, the company will invest in a total of 150 professionally configured medical helicopters in three phases, integrating resources such as 120 emergency centers, pre-hospital rescue units, and top-tier hospitals across provinces and cities, to build a nationwide air medical rescue network. As of June 2018, the business was officially launched in 24 provinces (including municipalities and autonomous regions), and dozens of medical rescue cases had been successfully executed. By the end of 2018, it was planned to accumulate about 100 rescue helicopters covering the whole country (except Xinjiang, Qinghai, Tibet, and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). To make aviation rescue services accessible to the public, Jinhui General Aviation has also established strategic cooperation with large insurance companies such as PICC, innovating products like helicopter medical rescue compensation insurance, and also launched a membership product of 365 yuan/year for unlimited pre-hospital helicopter emergency services.
Ten years of sharpening a sword, now showing its edge. We sincerely look forward to partners who share the same vision and are willing to turn their careers into a cause, to join Jinhui General Aviation, to contribute to the prosperity of China's general aviation industry and the well-being of hundreds of millions of Chinese people, achieving great accomplishments and soaring to new heights!
