The company was established in December 1998 and was founded by Chongqing Haitong Investment Group as an enterprise specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of automotive components such as oil pumps, water pumps, and vacuum pumps. Currently, the company's three major pump products for automotive engines are * professional production manufacturers in the Southwest region. In particular, the plate-type oil pump, special water pump, and vacuum pump have respectively obtained the Science and Technology Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprises from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and have also received Chongqing Key New Product and Science and Technology Achievement Awards; the integrated embedded energy-saving water pump has received a Chongqing Innovation Project.
