公司成立于1998年12月，系由重庆海通投资集团投资创建的专业从事机油泵、水泵、真空泵等汽车零部件研发制造企业。目前公司生产的汽车发动机三大泵类产品系西南地区*专业生产厂家。特别是板式机油泵、专用水泵、真空泵分别获得国家科技部科技型中小技术创新基金，同时获得重庆市重点新产品、科技技术成果奖；一体镶入式节能水泵获重庆市创新项目。2010年获重庆市科委四星级“创新基金重点培育企业”，公司技术研发中心被确定为重庆市（市）级企业技术中心。
