本项目投资分三期投入，一期投入3500万元(2017年上 半年，完成1280亩果树种植，垂钓项目)；二期投入8000万元(2018年底前完成果蔬种植1400亩，果蔬养殖产品储存冻库及加工链、住宿等)；三期投入800万元(完善园区功能)；土地费用按5年期投入720万，铺底流动资金300万元，合计总投资1.388亿元。 项目打造功能，现代农业生产，科技农业成果转化／展示及科普教育、农事体验、赏花、果蔬采摘、休闲垂钓、生态餐饮，会议及团体接待，度假养生，旅游观光等功能。
