Company Profile: Tifang Education was founded in April 2014, co-founded by alumni of Fudan University. It is a comprehensive educational institution that combines online and offline education, focusing on primary-to-junior high school transition, high school and college entrance examinations, independent enrollment, and youth leadership quality development. It has four business divisions: Tifang Online, Tifang Reading Club, X-school Youth Leadership Quality and Emotional Intelligence Academy, and Family Education Workshop. With its strong teaching team and rigorous academic attitude, over the past four years, it has trained nearly 30,000 student visits, and students have achieved excellent results in high school and college entrance examinations, independent enrollment, primary-to-junior high school transition, and various competitions. In 2017, Tifang expanded its online learning segment, investing substantial funds in internet-based online education technology development and teaching research system construction, comprehensively upgrading its teaching and research systems. In early 2018, it completed a Series A financing of tens of millions of yuan, becoming one of the most innovative and dynamic comprehensive educational institutions in Shanghai. Development History: In April 2014, the first studio was established near Fudan University, which was the predecessor of Tifang Education. In February 2015, multiple campuses of Tifang Education were established, with full efforts invested in teaching team building, forming a good social reputation through meticulous teaching services. In December 2016, the teaching system was formally made internet-based, and live broadcast class teaching was launched. On December 31, 2017, we successfully created the Shanghai online interactive small-class brand Tifang Online. On March 6, 2018, the company obtained Series A financing, officially opening a new era for Tifang's K12 online education.
