岗位职责：1.整体后端架构规划设计，搭建支撑海量视频并发上传、文件存储、批量转码的高可用、高并发架构，解决流量、存储扩容瓶颈。2.制定团队代码、中间件、存储、Python脚本统一规范，主导上传链路、视频集群性能专项优化。3.深度调研FFmpeg/SRS底层C++源码，定位深层次性能问题，设计底层能力上层封装方案。4.搭建云原生微服务治理体系，设计分片上传、断点续传、异步任务、海量文件存储高可用架构。5.代码评审、技术培训、沉淀技术方案，推动DevOps标准化；识别业务长期技术风险，输出扩容、限流、容灾方案。6.处理线上重大故障，跨团队完成技术攻坚，跟进行业技术制定团队演进路线。任职要求：1.本科及以上计算机相关专业，5年Java后端、2年以上大型系统架构设计经验，落地过海量视频上传/大文件存储系统。2.精通SpringCloud/Dubbo、K8s云原生、限流熔断全链路治理体系。3.熟练FFmpeg/SRS，可独立阅读调试C++源码，完成底层性能攻坚。4.精通MySQL/Redis/MongoDB/Kafka高可用架构与深度调优。5.熟悉Python，可搭建离线处理、自动化压测工具平台。6.具备架构重构、重大故障治理能力；有直播音视频架构落地经验优先。
