任职资格

计算机专业4年全日制统招本科必须、3年以上开发经验必须、金融软件行业经验优先，避免太简单的项目经验，避免系统多次投递简历；
1、具有3年以上B/S 体系结构软件产品开发的工作经验；具有很好的代码编写规范；
2、具有很强的学习能力、理解能力和问题分析能力；
3、对 JAVA 技术及整个解决方案有深刻的理解及熟练的应用，并且精通WebService/J2EE 架构和设计模式，并在此基础上设计产品框架；
4、精通大型数据库如acle、Sql Server 等的开发；
5、具有良好的团队意识和协作精神，具有很强的责任感和危机感和使命感，有较强的内外沟通能力；
6、喜欢金融行业，喜欢有挑战性工作，根据项目需要，协调可出差或对其他团队的支持
