- Preparation of project Quality Assurance documents (ITP, Procedures, MDR,…) 编制项目质量保证文件(ITP、程序、MDR、…)

Project related tasks:
- Reading of related project client specifications identify the quality inspection issues to be clarified negotiate with the customer through the Project Manager. 阅读相关项目客户规范，识别需要澄清的质量和检验问题，或通过项目经理与客户协商。
- Attend the Internal Kick-off Meeting (IKOM) Pre-inspection Meeting (PIM), preparation of the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) based on the project specification, related manufacture standards rules, standard practices of the Company, etc. 参与公司内部开工会议(IKOM)和预检验会议(PIM)，根据项目规范、相关制造标准和规则、公司标准惯例等，制定检验和试验计划(ITP)。
- Preparation of the test inspection procedures required by the project, such as hydrostatic test, Positive Material Identification (PMI), pneumatic test, air leak test, Helium test, hardness test, Oil flushing, painting, etc. 编制项目所需的试验或检验程序，如水压试验、正性材料鉴定(PMI)、气动试验、空气泄漏试验、氦气试验、硬度试验、冲油、喷漆等。
- Follow up the design review fCode products, such as ASME, DOSH, PED, etc. 跟踪产品的设计评审，如ASME, DOSH, PED等。
- In charge of the project approval, such as U stamp, MOM,DOSH, PED, AS, CUTR, DNV, COC, etc. The activities includes the clarification of the approval requirements with ASME Authorized InspectThird Party Inspection Agency, arrange the contract preparation by the Supply Chain Management department, add the requirements in the ITP, inform QC ffollow up, etc. 负责项目的批准，如U钢印，MOM,DOSH, PED, as, CUTR, DNV, COC等。活动包括与ASME授权检验员和第三方检验机构澄清批准要求，安排供应链管理部门准备合同，在ITP中增加要求，通知QC跟进等。
- Manage the project related quality documentation, such as updating modification according to customer comments, uploading with the support of EDO document management clerk, follows up customer approval status, etc. 管理项目相关质量文档，如根据客户意见进行更新和修改，在EDO文档管理人员的支持下上传，跟踪客户的审批状态等。
- Handle follow up the quality issues with support of the Project Manager the Quality Assurance Manager. 在项目经理和质保经理的支持下，处理和跟踪质量问题。
- Cooperate with QC SQE ftrouble shooting, follow up the project quality issues happened during incoming checking, manufacturing, final test, etc. 与QC和SQE合作解决问题，跟踪项目在入厂检验、生产、*终测试等过程中出现的质量问题。
- Attend the customer audit follow up the audit actions. 参与客户审核并跟踪审核行动。
- Support the Project Manager, SQE team, QC team fquality clarification with client when required. 支持项目经理，质量部，质量部与客户进行质量澄清。
- Final documentation / MDR preparation, includes preparation of the Manufacturer Data Report index, collect the documents from the different departments check their identification, readability coherence, prepare the Products Quality Certificate Conformity Certificate of bundles, etc. *终文件/ MDR准备，包括制造商数据报告索引的准备，从不同部门收集文件并检查其标识、可读性和一致性，准备产品质量证书和捆绑产品的合格证书等。

- Assistant the QA Engineer/ Quality Assurance Manager fASME, GB, ISO system approval system documentation record management. 协助QA工程师和质保经理进行ASME、GB、ISO体系认证、体系文档和记录管理。
