作为凯络文集团工艺空冷器产品系统在中国的生产基地，公司的历史可追朔到1997年GEA芜湖热能技术有限公司就开始设计与制造空冷器。2003年搬迁至江阴后，2005年GEA在中国的空气冷却器产品及系统业务正式合并到法国GEA巴蒂尼奥热能技术有限公司旗下，并在常熟建立了制造中心来服务中国、亚洲及泛太平洋地区市场
