“湘雅常德医院”是由常德市委市政府主导，由常德市经济建设投资集团有限公司投资建设、中南大学湘雅医院全面托管的非营利性大型公立三级综合医院，是“百年湘雅”首次异地办医的全新篇章。医院主要管理团队和业务科室负责人，均由湘雅医院委派专家担任。医院位于常德市北部新城，开设床位1100张。医院环境优美，科室设置齐全，设施设备先进，2018年获评全国“*美医院”。 根据医院开设内科综合病房需要，2023年面向社会公开招聘医师岗位人员7人，热忱欢迎符合条件人员报名应聘。
