一、岗位职责：
1、负责塑封工序产线及QC人员进行工艺理论知识及技能培训；
2、负责实施工程方案验证，提交验证报告（设备，塑封材料，框架，新工艺参数）；
3、负责依据工艺验证结果完善工艺文件，定义工艺标准，组织工艺，品质，生产进行培训；
4、负责协调前后段工艺人员涉及到塑封工艺的产线异常，配合生产完成生产任务及质量目标，为产品可靠性提供保证；
5、负责测试低良，客户投诉相关原因分析及措施执行可行性评估；
6、各封装良率，测试良率跟进，组织各个部门工程师分析，制定措施改善；
7、负责优化程序，优化流程，工程技术革新，提高效率，降低成本。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上，3年以上封装行业塑封工序工艺相关经验，有TO、SOT、SOP\PDFN封装经验的优先。
2、工作认真仔细，有责任心，做事有条理，工作效率高。具有一定的分析和判断能力，有较强的人际沟通能力和组织、计划与执行能力。
3、熟悉产品工艺流程及相关技术规范、工艺条件、BOM、Control Plan、FMEA；
4、熟悉后工序封装生产中出现的常见工艺异常问题，具备分析、协调解决处理能力；
5、有较强的逻辑思维和语言表达能力，能够撰写各类报告；
6、熟悉精益生产管理培训、沟通能力培训。
6、其他：责任心强，工作态度严谨。
