5、熟练掌握AI编程工具使用，提升工作效率与成果输出
6、掌握常用的数据结构和基本算法，面向对象的思想和设计模式；熟悉git操作和Maven等一系列的CICD操作；
7、善于学习、沟通，并具有团队管理经验。具有很强的学习能力和团队协作精神，自我驱动；

岗位职责：
1、独立完成开发框架及核心功能的设计和编码工作，持续对系统进行改进和优化，保障系统的稳定和可维护性；
2、在系统架构师的指导下，完成技术架构方案、接口规范、编码规范等文档编写；
3、参与需求分析，按照软件项目管理规范撰写相关技术文档；
4、参与数据库设计及实现；
5、项目开发过程中的一般难度的技术攻关，和运行中出现的技术问题解决。指导中级以下开发人员工作；
6、应工作实际需要协助实施解决现场问题，必要时可接受短期出差；
7、配合项目管理，项目各阶段的工作质量与进度的跟踪和检查。
