2. 有良好的Java基础，对设计模式、数据结构有较深入的理解，有丰富的线上问题处理和调优经验；
3. 熟练使用主流的中间件，了解大概原理，如：Spring、MQ、RPC、Redis、ElasticSearch、Hbase等；
4、熟悉分布式系统设计，有高并发、高可用系统设计经验优先；
5. 有较强的责任心，对新技术有的探索精神，踏实乐观，善于学习和适应不同的业务场景；
6. 5年以上工作经验；有广告、用户增长相关业务开发背景经验（强制要求，不符合者勿投）
