项目厂址位于山西省曲沃县太子滩生态工业区立恒钢铁公司现有厂区东侧。主要建设内容有：备煤车间（配煤槽、粉碎机室、带式输送机及捣固站）、炼焦车间（2×65孔6.25m捣固型焦炉、熄焦、筛贮焦及转运站、带式输送机）、煤气净化车间（冷鼓、硫胺、PDS栲胶脱硫、终冷洗苯、粗苯蒸馏、油库工段等）、干熄焦装置等生产设施及相应的公用辅助设施。
