一、职位描述
1. 核心软件开发：主导EPS控制器基础软件（例如通讯、诊断……等）的全流程开发工作，涵盖从需求分析到代码实现与优化。同时，聚焦于EPS控制器基础软件与应用策略的RTE接口开发，以及后续的软件集成和释放。
2. 底层软件处理：承担EPS控制器底层软件集成、编译工作，并按照标准规范进行软件版本的释放，保障底层软件稳定可靠。
3. 需求分析与设计：深度剖析客户需求，将其转化为详细、可执行的软件单元设计文档，定期与客户沟通，确保需求理解的正确性。
4. 测试与文档管理：完成软件单元测试，及时发现并解决潜在问题。编写专业、详尽的软件开发技术文档，参与各类评审会议。
5. 其他任务执行：高效、按时完成领导交付的其他临时性或常规性相关任务，保障项目整体进度与质量。
二、任职要求
1. 学历与专业背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息工程、机械自动化、车辆工程等相关专业，具备扎实的专业理论基础。
2. 工作经验：拥有至少3年Autosar基础软件开发经验，深度掌握Autosar基础软件开发工具（如Davinci、ETAS），能够独立运用工具完成复杂开发任务。
3. 技术技能：熟练掌握C语言编程，对车载网络通讯协议CAN等有深入理解与实践经验。熟悉完整的软件开发流程。
4. 硬件熟悉度：熟悉车规级单片机的使用，如英飞凌TC3XX系列、瑞萨RH850或恩智浦S32系列，能够基于硬件特性进行软件适配与优化。
5. 工具运用能力：熟练运用各类汽车电子控制器嵌入式软件调试工具（UDE&Lauterbach）以及验证工具（CANoe&CANape），高效解决软件调试与验证过程中的问题。
6. 语言能力：英语作为工作语言，无障碍阅读外文技术文档，同时可参与国际项目的日常沟通。
7. 综合素质：身心健康，具备强大的抗压能力，面对项目压力与紧急任务时能够保持高效工作状态。工作认真负责，注重细节，对软件开发工作充满热情与执着。
