1、方案设计：与客户沟通，挖掘客户的二次开发需求，提供需求解决方案；

2、代码编写：根据公司开发规范及产品源代码，能独立完成功能编码、测试及相关文档编写；

3、项目管控：对二开项目进行计划安排、成本控制或外包团队的管控，保证交付率及客户满意度；

4、组织协调：协助部分售前技术方案讲解。

【任职资格】

1、大学本科或以上学历，计算机软件相关专业；

2、3年以上java开发经验，有项目管理经验的优先；

3、有较强的技术文档阅读及编写能力，熟悉BS结构开发（jsp，taglib，js，ajax，mvc，spring，hibernate），熟悉Oracle、SQL Serve、MySQL数据库；

4、具备较强的口头表达能力和良好的理解能力，具备强烈的责任心和敬业精神,能够承受较大工作压力。
