"Statement on Recent Fraudulent Recruitment Activities Using Our Company's Name"
Recently, Beijing Zhiyuan Interconnection Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has received reports from job seekers that criminals have fraudulently used our company's name to conduct fake recruitment activities. Under the pretext of recruitment, they trick job seekers into downloading unknown APPs or clicking links for assessments, and then click unknown links to associate bank cards to defraud money. This illegal behavior seriously infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of job seekers and our company. We hereby solemnly declare as follows:
1. All recruitment information of our company is directly published through the company's official website and legitimate recruitment websites (such as Boss Zhipin, Liepin, Zhaopin, etc.) under the name of our company and its subsidiaries. Recruitment interview notifications and offer letters are sent using the company's official email address with the suffix format. Our company has not entrusted any labor dispatch company or individual to conduct recruitment activities on behalf of or separately under our company's name.
2. During the recruitment process, our company has never and will not require job seekers to pay any form of fees such as deposits, guarantees, handling fees, or training fees, nor has it ever or will it require job seekers to bind bank cards or provide sensitive personal information.
3. During recruitment and interviews, our company has never and will not require job seekers to use any APP or links of unknown source. If interview assessment links are involved, they will be sent via the company's official email address.
4. Our company's fixed office address is subject to the address published on the company's official website.
5. For any illegal activities that fraudulently use our company's name for fake recruitment or any other infringements upon our company's legitimate rights and interests, our company will collect evidence and pursue legal liability in accordance with the law.
6. Job seekers are advised to guard against risks, stay vigilant, carefully distinguish authenticity, prevent being deceived, and avoid unnecessary economic losses. If fraudulent activities are discovered, please promptly complain or report to the platform where the information is published, or directly report to the public security authorities.
