岗位职责
1. 负责 CI/CD 流水线的设计、搭建与持续优化，提升构建、测试、部署、发布效率和稳定性。
2. 负责自动化运维体系建设，基于脚本或工具实现部署、巡检、扩缩容、配置管理、故障处理等场景的自动化。
3. 负责监控、告警、日志平台的建设与优化，覆盖服务器、应用服务、中间件、容器平台等核心资源。
4. 参与生产环境故障应急响应，推动问题定位、恢复、复盘及持续改进。

任职要求
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3-5年 DevOps / 运维相关工作经验。
2. 熟悉 Linux 系统及常见服务器运维管理，能够独立完成日常部署、问题排查、性能优化和常规的可观测体系建设。
3. 对构建发布体系有实际经验，熟悉常见的发布流程和问题诊断及优化。
4. 具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和跨团队协作意识。

优先条件
1. 有完整 DevOps 平台、发布平台或自动化运维平台建设经验。
2. 有 Kubernetes、Helm、Ingress、Service Mesh 等云原生生态实践经验。
3. 对可观测性、稳定性治理、SRE 体系有理解或实践。
