Hebei Hua'an Biomedical Co., Ltd., established in 2001, was formerly Hebei Hua'an Biological Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. After shareholding reform, it was officially renamed Hebei Hua'an Biomedical Co., Ltd. in September 2016. The current registered capital is 118.28 million yuan, making it the first commercial company in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, to operate biological products. In December 2003, the company became one of the first pharmaceutical distribution enterprises to pass the GSP quality certification by the State Food and Drug Administration, and subsequently passed GSP quality certification again in 2009 and 2014 in a single attempt.

The company's main products include Rabies Human Immunoglobulin, Human Tetanus Immunoglobulin, and other biological products. After nearly 20 years of development, the company has built a sales team of nearly 300 people covering 28 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, successfully establishing the "Guangdong Shuanglin" Rabies Human Immunoglobulin as a leading brand, achieving an unshakable dominant position in the field of rabies prevention.

Hua'an Biomedical's business covers all aspects of biological product research and development, raw material supply, production, and sales, gradually establishing a biopharmaceutical industry chain with strong vitality and broad development prospects. Through self-establishment or equity participation in other companies, the company now has 7 holding or participating subsidiaries, including: Beijing Hua'an Kechuang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Zhongtai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Wuhu Kangwei Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd., and Hebei Delutong Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd.

As the largest shareholder of Wuhu Kangwei, Hua'an Biomedical is leading the industrialization of the world's first gastric disease vaccine independently developed by China—the "Oral Recombinant Helicobacter pylori Vaccine" project. Since Hua'an Biomedical acquired Kangwei Biomedical, the project has been selected for the "2013 National Technology Invention Second Prize," the "National 2014 Special Project for Protein Biological Drugs and Vaccines," and the "12th Five-Year Plan National Major New Drug Creation Project." Currently, the project's industrialization is progressing smoothly, and the product is expected to be launched on the market in 2017.
