一:岗位职责：
1.业务系统研发
参与后端功能设计、开发、测试与维护，编写高质量Java代码；
遵循团队规范，完成API接口定义、实现及文档撰写；
借助AI编程助手加速开发、代码审查与问题排查。
2.数据治理职责
开发中落实数据校验与清洗规则，防止脏数据入库；
参与数据库表结构优化，关注字段规范、数据标准化；
配合数据团队编写基础数据质量监控脚本或ETL脚本；
需求评审中主动识别数据源头、一致性等风险点。
3.协作与文档
与产品、前端、测试、数据角色高效协作，技术方案透明同步；
维护技术文档、接口文档及数据字典，可借助AI工具生成文档草稿。
4.排查与优化
线上日志排查、性能调优，对数据不一致等问题进行根因分析并提出改进方案。

二:任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业
2. 1-3 年后端开发经验（优秀应届生亦可）
3. 熟练掌握 Java语言
4. 熟悉 MySQL 或 PostgreSQL 数据库，具备 SQL 编写与数据表建模能力
5. 了解RESTful API设计规范，有接口开发经验
6. 工作态度踏实
7. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识
