Jiangxi Shenzhou Forensic Identification Center

Jiangxi Shenzhou Forensic Identification Center was established in 2005. It now has an office area of about 2,000 square meters, 95 in-service employees, and 73 registered forensic appraisers, among whom 60 hold senior technical titles, accounting for more than 80% of the forensic appraisers. It has engaged 34 technical consultants and technical instructors. The average age of all employees is about 35. Among the staff, 65 have college, bachelor's degrees or above, including 29 members of the Communist Party of China. In early 2012, the center became the first forensic identification institution in Jiangxi Province to simultaneously pass qualification accreditation and obtain CNAS accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment. Its business scope covers 22 forensic identification items, including forensic clinical medicine, forensic pathology, forensic toxicology, forensic physical evidence, document identification, road traffic accident technical and safety identification, trace evidence identification, environmental damage identification, construction engineering quality and cost, and forensic accounting.
