Paixueche, founded in July 2016, is headquartered in Shanghai. Paixueche is committed to becoming a self-operated chain driving school*, enabling everyone to enjoy the joy of driving.
Since its establishment two years ago, Paixueche's team has grown to over 150 members, covering four major cities: Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, and Guangzhou. It has cumulatively opened more than 30 campuses and trained nearly 30,000 students.
Since the company's inception, it received angel round investment from Huanghe Capital in July 2016 and Pre-A round investment from ZhenFund in December 2016; in July 2017, it received a tens of millions of yuan A-round investment from Qingsong Fund; and in July 2018, it successfully completed a near 100 million yuan B-round financing led by investors Wang Gang and Legend Capital, with follow-on investments from Qingsong Fund and Jingqiao Education.
Since 2014, as the driving training industry gradually shifted from planned regulation to an open market, social resources flooded into the driving training market, leading to overcapacity on the supply side. At the same time, the demographic dividend of young, middle-aged, and older people participating in driving training has been consumed by the rapid increase in supply, and demand has declined significantly.
Driving schools face severe homogeneous competition. To stand out, driving training enterprises need to enhance their customer acquisition capabilities, improve customer experience, and boost operational efficiency. Traditional driving schools lack these abilities, which gives internet companies skilled in customer acquisition and operations new opportunities.
