公司成立于2009年，主要经营九江化纤工业基地污水处理厂和九江沿江工业基地污水处理厂BOT项目，二个污水处理厂日处理污水量达到4.5万吨，污水经处理后分别排入长江和鄱阳湖。二个污水处理厂总投资8000多万元，目前这二个污水处理公司土建已全面开展，到2010年6月底已完成投资近2000万元，预计2010年10月竣工，到2011年元月投入商业运行，年收益达2000多万元。
