河北万达轮胎有限公司系天津市万达轮胎集团有限公司在河北投资的子公司，成立于2013年3月，共分两期建设，总投资21亿元，总占地约1000亩。一期项目2013年8月开工建设，总投资11亿元，占地500亩，主要生产自行车胎、电动车胎和摩托车胎等低速车胎。现阶段内胎车间日产量23万条，外胎车间日产量32万条。二期项目于2017年8月开工建设，总投资10亿元，占地约500亩，主要生产沙滩摩托车胎、高尔夫球车胎、攀岩车胎、雪地车胎、工程车胎、农用车胎等特种轮胎，现阶段处于试产阶段。企业已经通过了ISO 9001质量管理体系认证、ISO14001环境管理体系认证、ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系认证和ISO/TS16949汽车工业质量管理体系认证，产品获得中国国家强制性产品CCC认证、欧盟ECE认证、美国DOT认证、中东SASO认证、中东GCC认证、尼日利亚PC认证, 同时拥有中国实验室国家认可委员会（CNAS）认可的检测中心，达到了国际先进水平。产品有60%以上稳定销往欧美亚非洲的170余个国家和地区。
