中兴华会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）威海分所前身是1988年成立的威海市审计师事务所，于1999年脱钩改制， 2000年9月与山东汇德会计师事务所有限公司合并并成立山东汇德会计师事务所有限公司威海分所，2013年根据财政部、证监会相关政策精神山东汇德会计师事务所有限公司及分所与中兴华富华会计师事务所有限公司合并成立中兴华会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙），2014年4月山东汇德会计师事务所有限公司威海分所变更为中兴华会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）威海分所，是威海市历史*长的具有证券期货审计资质会计师事务所。现有员工38名，其中注册会计师16名，注册资产评估师16名，中高级职称以上人员18名。
