岗位职责：
1. 负责控制平面核心模块设计（如任务调度器、资源管理等）；
2. 主导 Python 与底层系统的交互设计，降低上下文切换与数据拷贝开销；
3. 带领团队进行架构演进，合理引入先进技术，提升系统稳定性与性能；
4. 指导团队成员在 Python 系统编程、性能优化方面的能力提升。
任职要求：
1. 5 年以上 Java 后端开发经验，有技术团队管理或核心模块负责人经验；
2. 深入理解 JVM 内存模型、并发机制、GC 原理，具备系统级抽象与设计能力；
3. 熟悉 Linux 系统、文件系统、进程/线程、网络协议栈、虚拟化等底层原理；
4. 有 JNI / JNA 或 Java 与 C/C++ 交互开发经验，理解跨语言调用的性能与稳定性问题；
5. 熟悉现代 CPU 特性对软件性能的影响（缓存行、分支预测、SIMD 等）；
6. 无需 Python项目经验，但需具备极强的技术迁移与学习能力；
7. 入职后将学习 Python系统/后端开发，并通过技术考核后进入项目开发。
培养与发展：
• 入职后安排 Python 系统/后端开发专项培训；
• 在项目中深度理解 CPython 内核机制 + 高性能 Python（对象模型、GC、GIL及 Cython / C 扩展开发）
• 与资深架构师协作，完成 Python 系统架构设计与性能优化实践；
• 全面负责 Python 后端团队的技术管理与架构演进。
