河北承宏管廊工程有限公司是一家从事市政道路工程、管廊工程施工、管廊管线运营等工程的公司。2016年9月创建，目前主要负责投资建设正定新区地下综合管廊。地下综合管廊，是建设在城市地下，用于集中敷设电力、通信、广播电视、给水等市政管线的公共隧道，可有效杜绝“拉链马路”现象，让技术人员无需反复开挖路面，在管廊中就可对各类管线进行抢修、维护、扩容改造等，是国家大力推进的城市建设发展方向。
